Oh there’s a story I’ve heard long ago, it tells of the Wind and how it did blow. It blew sweet love songs through the trees and the limbs. The Wind asked the Green Earth to marry him.
Well the Mountain became jealous, for the trees he did love, so he courted the River from high above. He said “You can use my body to flow free, and make your way down to your home in the sea.”
The River flowed down and became the surf. A mariner was there, waiting for her. He said “I need your waves and the Wind’s mighty breath to carry me home to the one that I love the best.”
And it flowed. And the waves rolled. It carried him home. It carried him home.
And it flowed. And the waves rolled (and wind blowed). It carried him home. It carried him home.
Well the Wind and the Water, they helped the young lad. In doing so, they realized what they had. Together they made up the Sea and the Sky, and they left the Green Earth and the Mountains. They left them behind. Oh, they left them behind.
